Lift Me Up's Equine-Assisted Wellness Center is place of respite from the stress of everyday life in a serene environment. We offer unmounted programs to groups where participants work with our trained horses and instructors in group exercises to improve self awareness, decision making, problem solving and building confidence learned through herd behavior.

With interest from more groups like senior-living residents, special needs adults, and veterans, we are looking to expand the programs.
