LMU! is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional to run this charitable non-profit which provides equine-assisted services for individuals and groups. The Executive Director of LMU! will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization, as well as fundraising duties. The full time position is located at the LMU facilities in Great Falls, Virginia and includes a hybrid work environment. A strong understanding of the equine-assisted service industry is highly desired.

Lift Me Up! Therapeutic Riding in Great Falls, VA (liftmeup.org) is seeking Part-Time Therapeutic Riding Instructor(s) to teach children and adults in individual and small group lessons either weekdays and/or weekends. Indoor and outdoor arenas plus a trail are on site. Seasoned therapy horses and volunteers. Candidate must be a self-starter, capable of planning and executing effective lessons that may incorporate grooming and tacking up in addition to mounted work. Must be a keen observer and knowledgeable of equine behavior and an effective communicator and team leader of volunteers.

Lift-Me-Up is seeking weekend Barn Assistants for the 12 horses at our main barn on Georgetown Pike in Great Falls. Duties include feeding, giving meds, turning horses out/in, cleaning stalls and other horse care tasks on the daily checklist. The weekend shifts are 8am-1pm and 1pm-5pm, regular shifts or occasion shifts available. Staff must be at least 16 years old, have horse-care experience, and an ability to work with and around volunteers.
