Roz currently serves as Board President for Lift Me Up as part of her commitment to her local community of Great Falls. Roz is also an accomplished equestrian and an avid golfer.
Roz works at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and holds the distinction of receiving the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Lifetime Top Producer Award. Roz’s degree and experience in business management, combined with her negotiating skills, show her uncompromising determination to deliver top caliber service.
Joanne Luoma recently joined the LMU Board of Directors to serve as Secretary.
She is a retired teacher from Loudoun County Public Schools. However, she continues to work part time as a reading specialist for a public charter school. Her son, Jake, has been riding with LMU since 2007.
Brockett is a community banking executive & CPA with 30 plus years in the banking, public accounting, and consulting. Currently, Brockett serves as President and member of the Board of Directors of MainStreet Bancshares, Inc. headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
Brockett is new to the LMU board but has supported LMU from a corporate and personal perspective for over 10 years, and enjoys giving back to his community.
Colgate is an intellectual property lawyer with the firm Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck in Washington, DC. There, she devotes most of her practice to patent litigation disputes, but she also practices trade secret, trademark, copyright, and privacy matters.
Colgate is also an avid equestrian who has been riding and competing (hunters and jumpers) for over thirty years. She has served on the board of Lift Me Up since Fall 2016.
Sean Patrick Roche is a business litigation attorney and a partner with Cameron McEvoy, PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia.
Mr. Roche was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, where he continues to reside with his wife and two sons. He became involved with Lift Me Up! a few years back and is proud to support LMU as a board member.
As parents of a longtime LMU rider, Debbie and Farhad are passionate about the success of the therapeutic riding program at LMU! and helping individuals in need.
Debbie specializes in clinical mental health and currently she provides therapy at the Crisis Care Program for Fairfax County.
Farhad is Owner and Founder The Saba Group, a Real Estate Development Company, and past Board President of Lift Me Up! Farhad show-jumped for the Iranian under 18 team before the 1979 Iranian revolution. His passion and life goal is to help children with disabilities.
The Sabas have been residents of Great Falls since 1998.
