For more than 50 years, the herd at Lift Me Up! Therapeutic Riding and Wellness Center has brought healing and joy to the differently-abled as well as those diagnosed with depression, self-harm, PTSD, and other disorders. It’s a special place where constraints can be forgotten and the focus is entirely on the attainable. Our therapeutic riders range from 5 to 70+ years old, and our wellness groups include first responders and veterans, mental health centers, and assisted-living residents. Lift Me Up! also hosts organizational team-building sessions using herd behavior to teach valuable lessons … a tremendous benefit to any organization!
