This is a learning opportunity that will give them outdoor time with animal interaction that will keep them engaged as they learn about equine care and movement. Participants will learn everything from types of pasture plants and forage and calculating equine measurements, to figuring out the geometry of a dressage ring. All participants must be at least 8 years of age, have a riding helmet, and wear sturdy closed-toed shoes.
Water and simple snacks will be available but participants are invited to bring their own snack and drink.
